metalgamer welcomes everyone to the General Assembly.

virii presented the overview of the transparency report, went over the auditing, and commented about the budget.

In regards to the income: part of the donations are from the VDL, memberships are still relatively high, and as we decided to not order any Flora Power, Club Mate Cola or even water due to the difficulty of importing it and coordinating presence during delivery, we didn't sell many drinks.

For the expenses: the insurance makes up almost 1000€, as we are already insured and thus don't need it, we cancelled it for 2025 (see budget section). IT costs are high but contain everything, it's worth noting that Freifunk makes up a non trivial amount of it.

orimpe and fantawams were satisfied and accepted it.

They initially discovered 5 invoices to be missing, which were quickly added, resolving the only problem.

We got rid of the insurance that we did not need, this saves us just about under 1000€, reduces our financial pressure considerably and will allow us to spend more on more productive efforts.

As always, if someone has a good project idea, money is available if needed.

We had 2 press appearances this year, in March, about attacks from Russia:

• Wort.lu - "Wie Luxemburg auf die große Cyberattacke reagiert hat"
• Tageblatt.lu - "Computersysteme angegriffen - Russlandfreundliche Aktivisten attackieren Luxemburgs staatliche Systeme - und das Tageblatt"

The SpaCo cleaned and tidyed up the space.

There are still a bunch of "Pfand" we still have. We could get rid of it and buy some water. We could make this into an actual event for members.

None were sent before the given deadline.

metalgamer went quickly over how he felt, before letting other members give their thoughts.

• Discussion about internal services and how to reach them.
• Future meetings will happen on the last Monday of every month at 8PM. The meetings will be hybrid, and accessible via NextCloud, or in the case of malfunction, Jitsi or Mumble
• Reminder that on the first meeting after the GA, the Space Commission will be composed.
• xbr will send a mail for the next Freifunk meeting. Freifunk has progressed a lot, and some (newer) members could benefit from an introduction, and current members might want to know more about the changes.
• TODOs about Mailinglists:
  • What are the existing Freifunk mailinglists? There used to be one for the general public, and a team one. Additionally, what are the Freifunk email addresses, and how are they aliased/forwarded?
  • An "Original Sender" header could be added to our Xenos mailinglist software.
  • Is the source code available on projects.c3l.lu?
• Due to current network problems, the NOC has decided that the current network setup needs to be checked and could use some fixing.
